I'm renting out my lovely apartment for 3 months:
1st July to 30th September. With a possibility of extension.

The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped. Electricity, water, heating, wi-fi is all included in the rent.

The apartment consists of:
A large combined kitchen/dining room, two living rooms én suite, one big bedroom, one small bedroom, a small but functional bathroom with a separate shower area, and a private separate laundry room with a washer/dryer.

* Big bedroom: 140 cm wide bed.
* Small bedroom: 90 cm wide bed, who can easily be folded out to 160 cm.
* Study/library: 140 cm bed.

You will be staying in the heart of Copenhagen in the most charming and multi cultural pedestrian street of Nørrebro - near the lakes. Many people call it the best street of Copenhagen! The street and the area is full of shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés. Close to public transportation and within walking distance of the city center.

The apartment is perfectly located in the street, meaning no noise in the evening.

My flat is ideal for a couple, two friends or a small family - or a single.
I'm looking for adult and responsible people!

Most important house rules:
No parties, no pets and no smoking.

Lovely, friendly neighbours who help and look out for each other.
